Interdisciplinarity: A Space of Togetherness
Interdisciplinarity: A Space of Togetherness
On the 25th of April, Utrecht University’s Theatre and Performance studies department and NITE (Noord Nederlands Toneel / Club Guy & Roni / Asko|Schönberg / Slagwerk Den Haag) organize a meeting on interdisciplinarity in theatre-making. We will address strategies, benefits and implications of interdisciplinarity in theatre-making, through an open dialogue among practitioners, dramaturges, students and theatre scholars. With contributions by dramaturg Robbert van Heuven (NITE), Konstantina Georgelou (Utrecht University), Rainer Hofmann (artistic director SPRING Festival), Marijn Lems (programmer Het Huis, art critic) and choreographer Katja Heitmann, and presentations by theatre studies alumni. The event is co-curated by one of our MA students in Contemporary Theatre, Dance and Dramaturgy.
Since it is an event on interdisciplinarity, all students and colleagues are warmly invited!
